China Xintian Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd., as a manufacturer and trader in the environmental protection equipment industry, has designed and manufactured a large number of industrial dust collectors for tire manufacturing plants.
Common large-scale industrial filter bag pulse dust collectors and filter cartridge pulse dust collectors suitable for small factories are deeply favored by customers.
Common filter element materials and filtration accuracy of tire manufacturing industrial dust collectors are as follows:
1. Filter element material:
- Polyester fiber non-woven fabric: It has the advantages of strong wear resistance, tear resistance, low price and renewability, and long service life. This material has high filtration accuracy and can effectively filter the dust generated during tire manufacturing. It has a low probability of clogging and can be washed and recycled many times.
- Glass fiber sintered felt: It has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high filtration accuracy and low resistance. It can adapt to complex working conditions such as high temperature that may occur during tire manufacturing. However, the price of glass fiber sintered felt is relatively high and it is relatively fragile, so special attention should be paid during installation and use.
- PTFE coated polyester fiber non-woven fabric: The surface is covered with a layer of PTFE film, which can block extremely fine smoke and dust, and has higher filtration accuracy. It has the characteristics of good waterproof and oil-proof performance, smooth surface, and dust and a small amount of water are not easy to adsorb. It can improve the service life and filtering effect of the filter element, and is widely used in the interception and filtration of ultrafine dust in tire factories.
2. Filtration accuracy:
- Generally speaking, the filtration accuracy of the dust collector in the tire manufacturing industry is relatively high, and the common filtration accuracy is about 0.1-10 microns. For example, for some ordinary tire manufacturing workshops, the use of filter elements with a filtration accuracy of 1-5 microns can meet most of the dust removal needs and can effectively filter out the fine dust particles generated during the tire production process.
- For some tire manufacturing processes that have extremely high requirements for air quality, such as the production of high-end tires, filter elements with a filtration accuracy of 0.1 microns or even higher may be required to ensure the cleanliness of the production environment and product quality.
